It is really important that you know and can identify by sound and reading as much of the unit vocabulary and sentence structures as possible. Using the "Match" and "Test" with the Matching function for each Quizlet set on this page is good preparation.
Click on the "Audio" symbol whenever possible to hear the language being used. Also, go back to each of the days 12 & 13 to listen to the audios of the Heritage speakers and review the questions and add to the answers based on what you hear to improve your listening skills. |

Day 3 of the survey project was today! NEXT CLASS IS DAY 1 OF THE ACTUAL EVIDENCE!Make sure to make the graphs! Remember:
Your math & your graphs are NOT being graded! Bar graphs are easier than pie graphs if you struggle with math. Make sure to label your graph. When making pie graphs, you need to find percentages. To find the percentage, divide the number of people who said an answer by the total number of people you surveyed. For example, if 7 of 32 people said they like black coffee, divide 7 by 32 to get: 0.21875 and round to the nearest tenth to .22, which is 22%! You can create BAR graphs to represent your data: YOR can create PIE graphs to represent your data:
REMEMBER: THE EVIDENCE WILL TAKE PLACE OVER THREE CLASS PERIODS IN CLASS! |
